SARugbymag.co.za followers have decided that referee Wayne Barnes had no grasp of proceedings in the Test between the Springboks and France on Saturday.

In a poll run after Barnes blew for full time at Stade Velodrome, a combined 72% voted that the Englishman had an absolute shocker as Les Bleus beat the Boks 30-26.

Only 28% of readers thought the whistleblower had a decent outing in Marseille, where he dished out two red cards and a yellow as well as awarded a contentious try to the hosts.

In the aftermath of the clash, Rassie Erasmus took to social media yet again to highlight officiating discrepancies, posting several videos of incidents which were handled questionably by Barnes.
