From Nelspruit to Tukwila, a pair of South African goalkickers have hit a purple patch in front of the uprights in less than 24 hours.
Playing for NOLA Gold in the USA’s Major League, Pietermaritzburg-born fullback Carl Meyer slotted six penalties and a conversion in a nail-biting 25-24 win over the Seattle Seawolves in Washington.
It follows flyhalf Boeta Chamberlain’s flawless display in the Sharks’ 24-10 triumph over the Pumas at the Mbombela Stadium on Friday.
Carl Meyer stays perfect to take the lead for @nolagoldrugby once again!

Kickers on display in this one, but its the boot of Carl Meyer, who is 5 for 5 off the tee, that gives @nolagoldrugby the lead at half.
Should be an exciting finish to this one!
