Du Preez, though, made up for his error, the one-cap Springbok scoring 18 points that included a last-minute try as Sale demolished Leicester 40-5 at Salford City Stadium.

Pollard, who was making his long-awaited return from injury, was withdrawn early in the second half of the English Premiership clash.
“Handre was only due to play 40 minutes but we managed him for as long as we could,” Leicester interim boss Richard Wigglesworth said.
“He’s new to this team and new to us, but you can see his class. He will only get better and better for us.”
