Wales change props for England

Rob Evans and Tomas Francis will start for Wales against England in Cardiff on Saturday.

Taulupe Faletau is the only personnel change from the match 23 against Italy and he is named on the bench.

'Both Rob and Tomas made a big impact off the bench last weekend and deserve their opportunity to start,' said Wales coach Rob Howley. 'We have had a short turnaround but Dan [Biggar] and George [North] have worked hard with the medics and we are pleased to be able to name them.'
