Dobson extends WP stay
Western Province’s Currie Cup-winning coach John Dobson has signed a three-year contract extension with the union. Assistant and backline coach Dawie Snyman, defence coach Norman Laker and technical analyst Human Kriek have also signed on for another three years, according to Netwerk24. Fraud charges laid against WP Rugby
Former commercial partner Aerios has filed criminal charges against WP Rugby’s board of directors. Investment company Remgro, which had a 24.9% stake-holding in WP Rugby before withdrawing in August, has two board members included, as they were part of the board when WP Rugby was liquidated last December.
