The Stormers remain adamant that coach Robbie Fleck will see out his three-year contract despite being approached by various overseas clubs.
On Monday, it was reported that the Ospreys have held talks with Fleck over their vacant head coach role.
But the Stormers quickly moved to squash the rumours that Fleck is likely to make the move abroad at the end of the Super Rugby season.
‘Stormers head coach Robbie Fleck is currently in the second year of a three-year contract, which runs until the end of the 2019 season,’ read the Stormers statement.
‘Fleck has been approached by various clubs in the United Kingdom, but remains under contract with the Stormers.
‘He is fully focused on the current Australasian tour, which will see his team take on defending champions the Crusaders in Christchurch on Saturday.’
