Marcell Coetzee, Cobus Reinach and Pat Lambie have returned to the Sharks starting lineup for their match against the Crusaders at Kings Park on Saturday.
The trio were rested for last week's 15-9 win against the Force in accordance with Saru's agreement on the management of Springbok players.
André Esterhuizen will start at inside centre on Saturday following Frans Steyn's five-week suspension for a tip tackle on Aaron Cruden.
Loose forward Renaldo Bothma gets a rest after starting all but one match so far this season.
'The Crusaders are a fantastic team, loaded with All Blacks,' said Sharks director of rugby Gary Gold. 'They can never be taken lightly and we all know what a dangerous side they are when they hit their straps.'
The Sharks will be wearing limited-edition jerseys for the match, to promote the need for organ donation, which will be auctioned afterwards.
