The Currie Cup match between the Sharks and the Vodacom Bulls in Durban on Saturday has been called off due to the heavy flooding in KwaZulu-Natal.
The third-placed Sharks were set to host the log-leading Bulls at Kings Park on Saturday in a match crucial to deciding the playoff fortunes for both teams.

However, this week KZN has been affected by heavy rains which has led to flooding in the province and SA Rugby confirmed in a statement on Wednesday that the game has subsequently been called off.
“Due to the heavy flooding in KwaZulu-Natal and the considerable loss of life and infrastructure damage across the province, and out of respect to their community in the face of the disaster the province is enduring, the two teams have agreed to cancel this encounter,” the statement read.
“As there was no alternative option to reschedule the match, the result will be declared a draw and the log points will be shared, with each team awarded two log points.”
The draw means that the Bulls, at this point, have a six-point lead over the second-placed Cheetahs, who face Western Province in Cape Town on Friday night and have a game in hand.
The Sharks, meanwhile, remain in third place on 24 points, regardless of what happens over the weekend.
In the other round-nine Currie Cup fixture, the Lions will host Griquas at Wits University on Thursday afternoon.
