Wing Sergeal Petersen has returned to the Free State Cheetahs starting lineup for the Currie Cup semi-final against the Lions in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Petersen's selection on the right wing sees Ryno Benjamin drop to bench for the playoff match.

Up front, Paul Schoeman replaces Henco Venter at blindside flank, while hooker Torsten van Jaarsveld earns a starting berth ahead of Jacques du Toit.
