Seabelo Senatla will make his first Vodacom Super Rugby appearance of the season when the Stormers face the Rebels at Newlands on Saturday.
The Blitzboks flyer, who starred during Western Province's run to the Currie Cup title last year, has been fast-tracked into the starting lineup despite only returning from SA Sevens duty on Tuesday.
His inclusion is one of just three changes from the side that got the job done against the Brumbies a fortnight ago.
Elsewhere in the backline, Louis Schreuder is handed a start at scrumhalf, while up front, Scarra Ntubeni replaces Bongi Mbonami at hooker.
Senatla will replace Johnny Kotze on the right wing, with the latter dropping out of the match-day squad altogether.
'It’s great to welcome Seabelo back from SA Sevens duty, as he did for us last season,' said coach Allister Coetzee. 'He’s keen and excited to get stuck back in, as he said when he arrived back in the country, and Seabelo knows what we expect from him and why we have selected him.'
