Seabelo Senatla will shift his focus to Super Rugby and join the Stormers at the conclusion of the Cape Town Sevens tournament.
The World Sevens Player of the Year scored 11 tries at the Dubai tournament this past weekend, and will be looking to make another big impact in Cape Town this weekend in what could be his last sevens tournament for the immediate future.
Although he will be sorely missed by the Blitzboks, it will be interesting to see what sort of impact Senatla can make for the Stormers as he aims to transition back to the fifteens game.
'I'm very much looking forward to joining the Stormers,' he commented in Dubai. 'I believe that’s the second phase of my rugby career, to play a bit of fifteens and to see how it goes.
'Ultimately, you want to see yourself in that Springbok fifteens jersey – it has been a dream – so I think that’s taking the right steps to actually pursuing that.'
