Paul Willemse and Bernard le Roux have been selected in France’s starting lineup for Saturday’s Test against Wales in Paris.

This match-day squad selected by coach Fabien Galthie is a replica of the team which started in France’s 24-17 victory over England in their Six Nations opener in February.

Charles Ollivon captains the team from the side of the scrum and he is joined in the back row by flank François Cros and No 8 Grégory Alldritt.

South African-born duo Willemse and Le Roux start in tandem in the second row, while hooker Julien Marchand packs down alongside props Cyril Baille and Mohamed Haouas in the front row.

In the backline, fullbck Anthony Bouthier will form a back three with wings Teddy Thomas and Vincent Rattez, Gaël Fickou and Virimi Vakatawa are the centre combination, and halfbacks Romain Ntamack (flyhalf) and Antoine Dupont (scrumhalf) complete the starting XV.

Experienced players such as Baptiste Serin, Camille Chat, Thomas Ramos and Romain Taofifénua are among the replacements.
