Springbok wing Raymond Rhule will make his first start for the Stormers when they take on the Jaguares at Newlands on Saturday.
Coach Robbie Fleck has opted for a mix of experience and youth, with many first-choice players out injured.
Rhule will form part of a dynamic back three that includes Blitzboks speedster Seabelo Senatla and fullback Dillen Leyds, while Damien de Allende and EW Viljoen will link up in the midfield.
Young flyhalf Damian Willemse will form a halfback pairing with the experienced Dewaldt Duvenage at scrumhalf.
Captain Siya Kolisi is joined by Nizaam Carr and Cobus Wiese in the loose trio, with lock pairing JD Schickerling and Chris van Zyl starting behind an all-Springbok front row of Wilco Louw, Bongi Mbonambi and Steven Kitshoff.
Meanwhile, prop Carlu Sadie, flyhalf George Whitehead and centre JJ Engelbrecht could also make their Stormers debuts off the bench on Saturday.
