Carizza has not played for the Pumas since June 2014.
Meanwhile, coach Daniel Hourcade has named No 8 Facundo Isa (21), lock Guido Petti (20) and wing Santiago Cordero (21) in his starting XV.
Versatile back Juan Martín Hernández is among a group of players being rested ahead of this year's World Cup.
