Tusi Pisi kicked six penalties to lift Samoa to a 18-13 victory over Fiji in the Pacific Nations Cup.
Having enjoyed a 15-5 half time lead, the islanders were able to hold out and move top of their group, ahead of their rivals.
Hosts Fiji responded with tries through Nemani Nadolo and Napolioni Nalaga, but ill-discipline cost them in the end.
