SARugbymag.co.za readers had their say and voted Kurt-Lee Arendse as the standout Springbok in a crushing victory over Italy on Saturday.
In a poll run after the final whistle, a resounding 50% decided that the left wing had the most telling influence for the men in green and gold in Genoa, ahead of newcomer Manie Libbok (21%) and stalwart Willie le Roux (11%).
KEO: Arendse is Boks’ Milner-Skudder
Arendse scored two tries as South Africa turned on the style to thrash the Azzurri, his first after the Boks spread the ball wide from an attacking lineout, and his second from a great counter attack.
The fleet-footed winger, who earned his first international callup this year after starring for the Vodacom Bulls at fullback, now has six tries in as many Tests.
