Human replaces Louis Fouché, who drops out of the match 23 altogether.
Elsewhere, Jacques Engelbrecht starts at eighthman with Aidon Davids rotating to the bench and regular captain Steven Sykes returning to the side in place of Schalk Oelofse at No 4 lock.
