Veteran wing Cornal Hendricks has extended his contract with the Vodacom Bulls, writes CRAIG LEWIS.
Over the past few weeks, plenty of player movement news has come out of Pretoria as new director of rugby Jake White spearheads a restructuring plan at the franchise.
Springboks such as Arno Botha, Marcel van der Merwe and Gio Aplon have already been confirmed as new signings at the Bulls, while Marcell Coetzee is said to be another sought-after recruit.

However, there have been some players who will also be moving on, with SARugbymag.co.za receiving confirmation on Sunday that fleet-footed wing Rosko Specman had accepted an offer to join the Cheetahs.
And although one report on Monday suggested Hendricks could be the next to depart, White confirmed to this website that the 32-year-old had in fact extended his contract.
It’s another chapter to add to Hendricks’ remarkable comeback story after he first joined the Bulls for the 2019 Vodacom Super Rugby season.
The stalwart played 12 Tests, the last in 2015, before a heart condition sidelined him just as he was set to take up a contract with the Stormers.
Yet, after thorough examinations and testing, Hendricks was cleared to play again, and certainly proved his value to the Bulls with a standout season in Super Rugby last year.
Meanwhile, although former Stormers utility back EW Viljoen has been linked with a possible opportunity at the Bulls, it’s believed there is no deal in place as it stands.
