Griquas have boosted their ranks with the signings of the Blue Bulls’ Tinus de Beer and Western Province’s Michal Haznar.
De Beer, who guided Tuks to the Varsity Cup title in 2017, will move to the Northern Cape next year after struggling to break into the Bulls Currie Cup team.
The 22-year-old flyhalf will be joined by Haznar, the Province and Maties centre. The 24-year old Windhoek-born player last played for Province in the Rugby Challenge and could prove to be a good replacement for outgoing captain Kyle Steyn, who has his heart set on playing for Scotland.
