Griquas have been forced to make several changes due to injuries, while the Pumas made just one swap ahead of their Currie Cup clash in Kimberley on Wednesday.
Scrumhalf Stefan Ungerer has been ruled out for up to three weeks with a knee injury and his place in the side has been taken by Raegan Oranje.
Staying in the backline, Rynhardt Jonker takes over from Ashlon Davids at fullback, Zander du Plessis shifts from flyhalf to inside centre and Theo Boshoff starts at No 10.
There are no changes to Griquas’ pack, but this will be hooker Alandre van Rooyen’s last appearance for the team, before he departs for London Irish in the English Premiership. The player had a ‘get-out’ clause in his contract if he received an offer from abroad.
Meanwhile, Pumas coach Jimmy Stonehouse has largely stuck with the same team that beat the Lions a fortnight ago.
In the only change to the lineup, Jade Stighling comes in on the left wing for Lundi Msenge.
