Israel Folau will return to start at fullback for the Wallabies in this Saturday's Test against Ireland in Dublin.
Besides Folau's inclusion, coach Michael Cheika has also brought Sekope Kepu, Dane Haylett-Petty, Reece Hodge and Rory Arnold back into the lineup as Australia look to keep their Grand Slam attempt alive.
Cheika has also named Dean Mumm on the flank, while Rob Simmons will combine with Arnold in the second row.
