England eclipse Wales in rankings

England have moved to fourth in the World Rugby rankings after their 31-21 triumph over France in Paris on Saturday.

England's win over Les Bleus followed victories over Scotland, Italy, Ireland and Wales, which earned them a first Grand Slam since 2003.

This streak has seen the Six Nations champions' rankings points total increase to 83.98, promoting them above Wales who remain on 83.10 rankings points, despite their 67-14 win over Italy in Cardiff.

Ireland's 35-25 win against Scotland in Dublin also had no impact on the rankings.
