Elton Jantjies has reportedly filed a complaint with World Rugby against his representative, who the Springbok flyhalf claims has sent debt collectors after him.
Jantjies, who recently signed a deal with French second division side Agen, has not played in official competition since 27 August after reports of an extramarital affair and a stint in rehab.
According to Sunday newspaper Rapport, Jantjies’ agent James Adams sued him over breach of contract because the embattled Bok pivot owed him money.

Jantjies then accepted a plea agreement in court and paid Adams’ company, In Touch Sports, R300 000 in October, reported City Press.
However, it is understood that Adams is still owed R800 000, for which Jantjies has reportedly claimed he is being pursued by gangsters.
When asked by City Press whether Adams had sent debt collectors after him, Jantjies replied: “Yes, he did.”

In September, the veteran playmaker was sent home from the Bok tour in Buenos Aires after media reports emerged about an alleged affair with team dietician Zeenat Simjee.
Last month, Jantjies denied reports he had spent time in a drugs rehabilitation clinic but admitted he had instead checked into a rehab centre in Cape Town to treat his insomnia, which he said was why he was left out of the Bok squad that toured the northern hemisphere.
