Michael Cheika has revealed Argentina’s squad for the final two Tests of the Rugby Championship against the Springboks, featuring the return of a veteran forward.
Argentina will welcome the Springboks to Buenos Aires on 17 September, before travelling for the reverse fixture in Durban a week later.
There are four experienced players restored to the squad for the two fixtures, including 37-year-old hooker Agustin Creevy.
Creevy, who missed the two Tests against the All Blacks in New Zealand, has the opportunity to set a new appearance record for Los Pumas.
Also back in the squad is centre Jeronimo de la Fuente, who returns from a hamstring injury, as well as wing Juan Imhoff and prop Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro.
