Munster flank Chris Cloete is set to miss the rest of the European season after breaking his arm in his side’s 21-10 Pro14 win against Edinburgh on Saturday.
Cloete left the field in visible pain after sustaining the injury in the build-up to one of Munster’s two tries.
The 27-year-old, who joined Munster from the Kings, could be sidelined for three to four months having undergone surgery on the injury.
Cloete has made 10 appearances for Munster, scoring three tries.
