Bath have announced that South African flank Chris Cloete will be joining the Premiership club from Munster for the 2022-23 season.
By joining Bath, Cloete will be following current Munster head coach Johann van Graan to the English club, where Van Graan will be taking over as head coach next season.
The 31-year-old played for the Southern Kings, Western Province and the Pumas in South Africa before moving to Ireland. At Munster he won the PRO14 Turnover King award in 2021.
“To play in the Premiership has always been a clear ambition, and I look forward to making a significant contribution as Bath move towards the top of the league,” Cloete said.
“It is a fantastic club with great history, and the supporters deserve nothing less than a winning team.”
