As Bernard Foley has made his first return to the Wallabies squad since the 2019 World Cup, take a look back at when the playmaker helped Australia beat the Springboks in Eben Etzebeth’s 50th appearance.
In a 2016 Rugby Championship clash in Brisbane, Foley scored 18 points as the Wallabies claimed a 23-17 victory over the Springboks to end their six-game losing streak under Michael Cheika.
The Springboks went into the clash having started their Rugby Championship campaign with a home win (30-23) and away loss (26-24) to Argentina.
