Stormers captain Siya Kolisi is on the cover of the new SA Rugby magazine, on sale this week.
In last month’s issue, we looked at the leadership role Siya Kolisi was expected to play for the Stormers in this year’s Super Rugby tournament. No sooner had it gone on sale than the Cape franchise appointed the 25-year-old flank as their new captain.
Kolisi couldn’t have hoped for a better start to his reign as the Stormers blew away the Bulls at Newlands by playing a brand of rugby normally associated with Kiwi teams.
In this issue, chief rugby writer Jon Cardinelli speaks to Kolisi about leading the change for the Stormers – in more ways than one.
