Tian Schoeman will join Bordeaux after his contract with the Bulls expires at the end of October.
This was revealed by SuperSport.com on Friday.
Schoeman will be starting for the Bulls against the Cheetahs at Loftus on Saturday, after Handré Pollard was ruled out for eight to 10 weeks with an ankle injury.
Francois Brummer, who is on the Bulls bench this weekend, will play for Toyota Shokki in Japan during the Currie Cup season, before returning to Pretoria for next year's Super Rugby tournament.
