Published on October 26, 2021

Despite only being on Twitter for just over a week, Retshegofaditswe ‘Ox’ Nche has already developed a devoted following and on Tuesday he answered some of his fans’ burning questions.

Duhan: Lions tour ‘was the best eight weeks of my life’

Nche made his Springbok debut in 2018 in Rassie Erasmus’ first Test in charge, but many will look back at 2021 as his real debut season.

The mobile prop featured in the British & Irish Lions series as well as the stunning victory over the All Blacks in the second Test. He is now set to build on a formidable first year for the Boks and forms part of the touring party for the end-of-year Tests against Wales, Scotland and England.

Nche answered fan questions ranging from the meaning of his name to who eats the most cake in the Springbok squad!
