Lions stick with winning formula

There is just one potential change to the Golden Lions' match 23 for their round two Currie Cup clash with the Pumas at Ellis Park on Friday.

Coach Johan Ackermann has bracketed left wing Anthony Volmink, who started last weekend, with Sampie Mastriet.

The Lions started their Currie Cup campaign with a comprehensive 51-14 victory over the EP Kings in Port Elizabeth.

Meanwhile, the Pumas have stuck with the team that beat the Sharks 33-24 in Nelspruit.
