Dylan Hartley will captain a 31-man England squad on their two-Test tour to Argentina in June.
Hartley missed out on selection for the Lions squad, which includes 16 players from the Six Nations champions.
There are 15 uncapped players in England's squad. They are props Will Collier (Harlequins) and Harry Williams (Exeter Chiefs), lock Nick Isiekwe (Saracens) and loose forwards Sam Underhill (Ospreys/Bath) as well as brothers Ben and Tom Curry (both Sale Sharks), scrumhalf Jack Maunder (Exeter Chiefs), flyhalf Piers Francis (Blues/Northampton Saints), backs Alex Lozowski (Saracens) and Harry Mallinder (Northampton Saints), centres Joe Marchant (Harlequins) and Sam James (Sale Sharks) as well as wings Denny Solomona (Sale Sharks), Nathan Earle (Saracens) and Joe Cokanasiga (London Irish).
'We have picked the best squad we have available and we are looking forward to going to Argentina and winning 2-0,' said England coach Eddie Jones. 'The squad have a great opportunity to represent their country and win for England. There are a few new faces in the set-up so every training session and team meeting will count.'
