Piet van Zyl will miss the Vodacom Bulls' last tour match against the Force in Perth on Saturday because of a knee injury.
The scrumhalf was injured during the Bulls' 19-12 loss to the Waratahs in Sydney.
In some good news for the Pretoria-based franchise, Akona Ndungane (knee) and Jürgen Visser (foot) have been declared fit. Ndungane's availability will result in Francois Hougaard moving back to scrumhalf.
Meanwhile, Flip van der Merwe has been cited for an alleged punch on the Waratahs' Paddy Ryan. Upon further review of the match footage, the citing commissioner deemed in his opinion the incident had met the red-card threshold for foul play.
