Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do, you can go as far as your mind let’s you. What you believe, remember you can achieve

What a journey the last couple of years has been at this great place. A place I grew up in, a union I dreamt of playing for as a teenage boy. A place that moulded me and turned me into a better player, team man and person. I picked up some great memories as a player here in this place that will last me a lifetime, friendships that will go beyond the four lines. To the coaching staff at the Lions thank you guys so much for the time you guys invested into making me the player I am today, learning from you guys and teaching me how to be coachable. To the medical staff, thank you for helping me with dealing with my niggles, shortened my injury durations, helped me stay injury free for the longest of time and helped kept my health in check. To my lions teammates thank you guys for the fun, the laughter, the banter and the memories we made during my time here at the Lions, I will forever cherish it, I will miss a great deal of the moments I shared with each an everyone of you and I will miss you guys dearly. To the fans thank you for coming out in numbers and supporting the lions week in and week out. Thank you for allowing us into your lives and playing a role in it, whether it was by making you happy or inspiring thank you. To the @lionsrugbyunion I will always be truly grateful for everything you guys as a company have done for me as a player. Wish the company nothing but the best for the future.
