Argentina coach Mario Ledesma has made wholesale changes as he looks to test his combinations ahead of the World Cup next month.
There are five changes in the backline as fullback Joaquín Tuculet and wing Sebastián Cancelliere come into the back three.
Lucas Mensa replaces Matías Moroni in midfield, causing Jerónimo de la Fuente to switch from inside to outside centre.
Joaquin Diaz Bonilla forms a new halfback combination with scrumhalf Filipe Ezcurra as Nicolas Sanchez has been left out of the match-day squad entirely.
There are a further six changes to the pack with an all-new front row of Mayco Vivas, Julian Montoya and Santiago Medrano named.
Facundo Isa has been rested, with Javier Ortega Desio shifting from flank to No 8 and Marcos Kremer moving from lock to flank as a result.
Guido Petti and Tomas Lavanini form the second-row partnership.
