France have made 13 changes to their starting lineup for Wednesday’s match against Romania at London's Olympic Stadium.
After fielding a full-strength side in their win over Italy on Saturday, coach Philippe Saint-André has revamped his team in light of the short turnaround between matches.
Noa Nakaitaci and Louis Picamoles are the only two survivors from Saturday's win, with Dimitri Szarzewski set to take over the captaincy from Thierry Dusautoir, who has been rested.
Clermont star Wesley Fofana has recovered from injury and will start at inside centre, while Rémi Talès takes over at flyhalf from Frédéric Michalak, who scored 19 points against Italy.
