Cornal Hendricks and Raymond Rhule will start for the Cheetahs against the Lions in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
Hendricks comes onto the right wing ahead of Ryno Benjamin and Rhule replaces Sergeal Pietersen on the left.
In the pack, captain Francois Uys returns to the starting lineup after being forced to withdraw due to illness last week, while flank Carel Greeff gets the nod as replacement for Tienie Burger who suffered a head injury against the Highlanders.
