Racing Métro and Springbok lock Juandré Kruger, along with many other South Africans living overseas, voted in the national elections this week.

Before voting, Kruger tweeted: 'ID & passport ready to head to the Embassy. Excited to vote in our national elections #Paris #proudlySA,' with a picture of his documents.

'Voted in #Paris today! #proudlySA', he added later.
