Cheslin Kolbe is set to play his first match since July after Toulon confirmed the Springbok wing has fully recovered from injury and will start this weekend.
Kolbe has been sidelined for the past two months after suffering a broken jaw in the final Test of the home series against Wales in Cape Town.
However, French Top 14 club Toulon confirmed on their social media channels on Thursday that Kolbe will start in the No 14 jersey against Brive on Saturday.
Après un été passé avec les @Springboks et une blessure à la mâchoire qui l’a éloigné des terrains pendant un moment, @CheslinKolbe sera de retour à Mayol samedi avec le numéro 1️⃣4️⃣ dans le dos ?

The 28-year-old has had a torrid run of setbacks since the 2021 British & Irish Lions series, suffering a leg injury which ruled him out of the latter part of last year’s Test campaign, before breaking his thumb in April.
Kolbe’s return comes at a timely stage, with less than a month to go until the Springboks embark on the end-of-year of Europe, where they will play Ireland in Dublin and France in Montpellier.
