Joe Marler has made another bizarre bet, this time ahead of the clash between Australia and England in Brisbane on Saturday.
The England prop offered former Wallabies wing Drew Mitchell a wager as their respective nations prepared for their second Test of a three-match series this weekend.
Marler, who has 83 Test caps for his country, had to sing ‘Bread of Heaven’ after losing a Wales vs England bet with Welsh comedian Steve Speirs in February.
But the entertaining Englishman is confident that Eddie Jones’ charges can pull off a victory at Suncorp Stadium after a gut-wrenching 30-28 defeat in Perth last weekend.
If @wallabies lose next week, I’ll wear an England jersey on top, @BudgySmuggler on the bottoms and belting out ‘God save our Queen’ up Caxton street.
May the worst man embarrass themselves haha https://t.co/FBvQHDpUso
