The Sharks have reportedly snapped up a key member of Jake White’s coaching staff at the Vodacom Bulls during the Vodacom United Rugby Championship.
According to Sport24, the Sharks have signed highly rated defence coach Joey Mongalo from the Bulls.
It is understood he will fulfil a pivotal role at the Durban outfit under incoming director of rugby Neil Powell, as part of a widespread overhaul of the management structure.
Mongalo joined the Bulls after White took up the role as director of rugby in Pretoria, and was part of his team for the past two years, which culminated in a loss in the inaugural URC final.
