The Sharks will be up against a trio of returning Wales internationals in the Vodacom United Rugby Championship match against the Dragons in Durban on Friday night.
Dragons head coach Dean Ryan has made nine changes to the starting lineup that suffered a 55-20 loss to the Vodacom Bulls last weekend.
Wales international trio Ross Moriarty, Will Rowlands and Leon Brown all return in the pack.
Prop Greg Bateman and lock Joe Davies are also included and set to make their first appearances on the South African tour.
Wales back rower Taine Basham is named among the replacements, where there are all returns for Fiji international front rower Mesake Doge and scrumhalf Lewis Jones.
