Jurich Claasens and Vaughen Isaacs form the halfback pair, while Divan Rossouw starts on the wing.
A reinforced bench features loose forward MJ Pelser and the experienced duo of scrumhalf Ginter Smuts and flyhalf Fred Zeilinga.
