Eben Etzebeth and Frans Malberhe have been included in the Stormers' run-on side for Saturday's match against the Bulls in Pretoria.
Etzebeth replaces Chris van Zyl at No 4 lock, while Malherbe takes over from Wilco Louw at tighthead prop.
In the third swap, flank Rynhardt Elstadt is back from his one-week suspension, with Juarno Augustus dropping out of the match 23.
Meanwhile, centre Juan de Jongh and No 8 Sikhumbuzo Notshe will make their return from injury via the bench.
