Stormers lock Jean Kleyn is set to join Irish side Munster after the Super Rugby season.

The 22-year-old has been released from his contract with the Western Province Rugby Union to accommodate his move to the Pro12 club, according to Netwerk24.

Kleyn, who has earned 17 Super Rugby caps for the Stormers since 2014, will link up with former SA Rugby high-performance manager Rassie Erasmus, who recently signed a three-year contract as Munster's director of rugby.
