Cheslin Kolbe showcased his sublime skills to finish off this brilliant Springbok try against the British & Irish Lions, one of 10 nominations for the 2021 SA Rugby Try of the Year award.
Nominee 3: Cheslin Kolbe vs British & Irish Lions (Third Test)
With the Springboks under pressure and trailing by four points with 25 minutes to go in the series-deciding third Test, Kolbe again proved he is the man for the big occasions, scoring a stunning solo try reminiscent of the one he scored against England in the World Cup final.
Receiving the ball on the counter-attack from Willie le Roux after Lukhanyo Am secured possession, Kolbe beat fullback Liam Williams with a deadly step on the inside before brushing off Luke Cowan-Dickie on his way to the tryline.

Nominee 4: Sizophila Solontsi vs Kenya
From a ruck just outside the 22, the Springbok Women did well to retain possession and accurately recycle the ball with a series of pop passes to breach the Kenya defence before Solontsi took the final pass, tucked the ball under her arm and barged over to score a well-executed try.
