Matchflow:
The hosts were in control of this lively, action-packed contest from the beginning up until the 75th minute, but the Pumas fired late to clinch a share of the spoils.
Be that as it may, WP’s backs and forwards combined well to play to put them in the ascendancy with four tries to wrap up the bonus point before half-time.
Despite trailing 26-19 at the break and falling further behind soon after the restart, the Pumas refused to lie down.
The visitors clawed their way back into the contest. But at 40-26 with less than five minutes remaining, they looked dead and buried despite their resilience.
However two last-gasp tries against WP’s feeble defence and two calm conversions off the boot of Eddie Fouche levelled the scores in dramatic style.
The match went five minutes into extra-time, but try as they might, WP could not breach the Pumas’ stubborn defence again to get the desired result.
