The Southern Kings scored four tries to beat the Border Bulldogs 28-10 in a pre-season friendly in East London on Saturday.
It took the Kings just four minutes to open the scoring, when fullback Malcolm Jaer scored a converted try, but that's the way it stayed until half-time.
Border scored their first try early in the second half through No 8 Lukhanyo Siyobi, before Kings flanks Andisa Ntsila and Onke Dubase were yellow-carded.
