Fullback Rob Kearney and flanker Sean O'Brien will start for Ireland against France in Paris on Saturday.
The duo missed last weekend's 16-16 draw against Wales in Dublin because of hamstring injuries.
Simon Zebo, who played fullback in that game, and winger Keith Earls are ruled out with injuries. O'Brien comes in for Tommy O'Donnell, who moves to the bench.
Flyhalf Johnny Sexton and winger Andrew Trimble have been passed fit having taken knocks to the chest and shoulder respectively last Sunday.
