Lood to run with Cheetahs

Bok lock Lood de Jager will start for the Cheetahs when they take on the Kings in a warm-up game in Port Elizabeth on Friday.

De Jager replaces Reniel Hugo, who captained the Cheetahs in their win over the Bulls last weekend, while centre Francois Venter will take up his position as skipper.

The Cheetahs have selected a strong side for Friday's match, with Shaun Venter and Sias Ebersohn combining in the halfback channel, while William Small-Smith will join Venter in the midfield.
